A refreshing change to see a lenders website that isn't blue! It is clean, well set out, doesn't hurt the eyes or ears with flashing graphics and silly tunes or noises.
Website navigation:
Each section of this site clearly headed with a description link to a relevant page, all based at the top of the page. There is an 'Apply now' button at the end of each paragraph, so if you have read enough and would like to apply for a bridging loan, you do not need to scan the pager looking for the link through to the enquiry page.

Quick and Easy are not brokers, but principle lenders and it clearly stated on almost every page that there are no set up fees or broker charges. As the actual principle lender, they also state that a bad credit history need not be a problem, as the bridging loans they supply are secured against property.
